Payment Methods

Finnish value added tax 22% is already included to all of our prices and we don't have any kind of hidden or extra costs in our services!

We accept payments via bank transfer to our Finnish bank account, as well as PayPal. Via PayPal, you can also pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards and bank transfer. You can pay via PayPal using credit cards, even if you do not have PayPal account. If you have PayPal account, you can of course pay directly from available funds in your PayPal account.

In order to pay services you ordered from us, you must have sufficient amount of funds in your Xonet.eu debit account. You can decide yourself how much funds you want to transfer to your account. You can decide to transfer only the amount required to pay your current order or you can choose to transfer more funds to your account, allowing you to quickly and conveniently pay your future purchases directly using available funds in your Xonet.eu debit account, without having to re-transfer funds to us using bank transfer / PayPal.

When you use bank transfer to transfer funds to your account, make sure that you remember to mention your Xonet.eu username (email address) in message/notes/memo section on the transfer form (your bank may use a different name for the section). We apply the funds to your account once the transaction is shown in our bank account. However, if funds are not shown in your account few days after the bank transfer, please contact us by e-mail to address: billing@xonet.fi or by using contact information that you can find from Contact Us -page or by using Contact Form at the bottom of Contact Us -page.

Payment via Paypal

After subscribing services, site opens the payment page which allows you to transfer funds to your account. Choose from this page to pay via PayPal and move forward. Thereafter, the service asks amount of funds you want to transfer to your account. Enter the amount you want to transfer to your account and move forward. Then, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal service where you can choose whether you want to log in and pay from your PayPal account or you want to pay directly with your credit card without logging in. After you have completed the payment transaction, the service redirects you back to our pages and funds are immediately available in your account, and also ordered services are immediately available.

You can also transfer additional funds at any time to your account through PayPal by clicking "My Account" -link at the upper right of the page and after that select "My Billing -> Add Funds". This page gives you a possibility to transfer additional funds into your account at any time.
